Marketing Assistant

We are looking for somebody who is proactive in understanding and executing on marketing messaging, running campaigns, adapting company’s web-site to reflect the messaging, working with public relations and managing social media.

Desired candidate will have:

·         Managed messaging through business oriented social media outlets with our blogs, webcasts and events

·         Building marketing mailing lists and running marketing campaigns

·         Managing and keeping data clean between our marketing automation platform and Salesforce.com

·         Managing and updating company website and doing web design and creative work

·         You may also be required to perform general administrative duties

Syntelli RAPID (Risk Analytics & Predictive Intelligence Division) is looking for smart, creative, and motivated consultants who are willing to ask tough questions and come up with innovative and effective solutions.
• Syntelli RAPID serves clients in the Energy/Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail and Gaming industries using Spotfire, Tableau, OBIEE, Hyperion, Crystal Ball, SAS, etc. We are looking to strengthen our team with consultants who are:
  -  Passionate about solving business problems with data analytics
  -  Comfortable dealing with big data sets and applying visualization/statistical techniques
  -  Driven to produce results and build great IP/solutions
  -  Client-focused and quick learners
  -  Team players – a must – we do not encourage consultants who aspire to be lone rangers
• We give extra consideration to candidates who demonstrate personal experience that makes them stand out from the crowd.
• Job requires about 75% travel to Dallas, TX and to Washington DC areas.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ database or analytics experience for associates, 5 for seniors and 7-10 for principals
• Either a strong data architect with experience in databases (incl. SQL skills), Vertica, Netezza, Teradata, Hadoop etc.; or a strong front-end consultant with experience in OBIEE, Spotfire, Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos or Microstrategy – WE ARE HIRING for both of these skill-sets
• Knowledge and experience in Data Warehousing and ETL concepts
• Experience using SAS, R, S+, MATLAB, or other scientific programming languages will be considered in positive light
