Syntelli Support Option: This is a framework agreement based upon a standard consulting model from which provides support services rapidly as required.

Silver

Scenario: Your organization has an existing Data Warehouse and/or BI/EPM team. However, you need services to support specialized needs around development or infrastructure or month-end support or even to maintain the day to day operations.

Syntelli Support Option: A Syntelli Support Team Member is assigned based upon your specific requirements. The Support Team will provide up to 40 hours a month monitoring, support, defect resolution and ongoing development.
