Our Healthcare team is led by Mr. Phil Geissinger, FHFMA,CMPE .  Phil has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry focused on financial management strategies, organizational governance and structure, and operations.  He has lead and consulted to a broad range of providers including: hospitals, ambulatory service delivery organizations, medical group practices and community health centers.

Dr. Tracey Sellers is a licensed physician who has more than fifteen years experience in the development and execution of business plans for small to mid-size group practices. Tracey provides a physician’s perspective to our approach and solutions for our client organizations.   She is experienced in understanding the service delivery needs of a practice and how best to achieve efficient, patient centric solutions to the leadership.

Ms. Swati Grover, is our information systems technology leader who has over ten years of experience in working with clients to develop innovative, structured approaches in the utilization and analysis of data for management decision support and direction.  Swati provides a knowledge base of multiple applications ( Tableau, Hyperion, ??) to evaluate and consider in building “best practice” approaches for our clients.

Mr. Rishi Bhatnagar, SSI President, is a finance strategy and transformation expert and is a recognized EPM evangelist. He has 18+ years of experience in finance and finance technology covering Credit Rating, Banking, ERP, BI and EPM solutions.

Mr. Bhatnagar has delivered significant contributions to the BI/EPM community through publications, presentations and leadership roles at both, Regional and National levels. He is passionate about efficiency, effectiveness in management and finance processes and preaches best practices. He is also a member of Oracle’s Partner Leadership Program.
